We did not post any news about the new Forum we got on our site since we new everyone will notice right away, but there is some news we just have to tell you about. You can now download PeconiHosting toolbar for both Internet Explorer and Firefox and stay in touch with us at all times. You an quickly access all of the most important parts of Peconi Hosting website: Client Area, Technical Support, Forums; you can start a new order, register domain names, as well as read the Faq's and such.

Also, the toolbar comes with a bunch of useful gadgets like Google Search, On-Line Radio so you can listen to some music if you wish, RSS Feeds, Weather, Pop-up Blocker, etc. Just a nice all-in-one solution we hope you'd like to use.

After some thinking, we decided that our new web site was not really complete, therefore, today we added Live Support to it as well!

Many of you know that our email support is really fast anyway, but sometimes it can be really a hassle to go and write us a whole email when you just have a question or two in mind. Now, with our Live Support, whenever one of our staff has some free time – they’ll be available for a live chat, right over the web.

So, if you see us on-line – please feel free to drop us a line or two if you happen to need any assistance.

We’ve been pretty busy over here working all night long to make possible one of the biggest updates to our site to date.

Just moments ago we published a new version of our web site (PeconiHosting.com) complete with updated FAQ’s, better design, easier navigation and long awaited Forum.

This news post is in fact an Invitation for you to please join our new On-line Community. We know it will take some time for our forum to become big and active as some of the other forums on the net, but with your help we can do it. The main idea behind the forum is not for it to become a monster, but rather to become a place where our Peconi Hosting users can talk and help each other out.

Since the moment we decided to offer Ruby on Rails on our servers, many of our clients wrote to us daily requesting help. While some questions are are in the scope of our support, others (such as debugging of user applications) are not. I bet many of you will definitely have some questions and will find answers in our new Forum.

Of course, our Support Staff will be available to you as before, but now we will be constantly visiting the forum as well, so you may post your questions where you like.

Surely, if it is an urgent matter, do contact us over support [at] peconihosting.com, or even better – Log in to your Client Area and submit a support request from there! This is by far the fastest way for us to notice your email!

As our current client I am sure you will appreciate the ability to (finally) log in to your client area straight from the main page. Do note that our Forum has a different user database, so in order to access it you will have to register first.

We've also set-up a Counter Strike Source Server with HLstatsX monitoring (accessible from the left menu on the main site), so if you own the game, feel free to join us. Just type the address: angel.peconihosting.com; it runs on the standard CSS port 27015. If you do not own the game, you can get a trial at www.steampowered.com!
